Damaged and lost rental supplies
Policy on Damaged and Lost Items: Customers are responsible for the care and protection of all rented items during the rental period. In the event of damage, loss, or theft of any item, the customer must notify us immediately. Charges for damaged items will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs, with specific fees detailed in the rental agreement and will come out of the deposit.
If possible, you are encouraged to take photos of the received supplies.
